To organize and to support HSE induction & training to the new comer. To deal with all working paper related with HSE Department such as, to enter HSE  daily activities, hazard reports, inductions & training reports, Inspection reports and  to archive it.  To prepare and to deliver HSE programs for all work activities at field through HSE Assistant. To report timely the daily, weekly and monthly operation HSE Reports to the HSE Advisor. To ensure that all people who enter working area are aware of relevant HSE procedures. To liaise with another HSE for Maintenance to ensure that new and modified equipment is safe and remains compliant with regulations. To do cooperation with Doctor and Medic to ensure that adequate occupational health measures are in place. To conduct regular tours to each department and office, taking appropriate action to control potential hazardous situations / unsafe conditions &unsafe action. To monitor fire fighting, fire alarm fire evacuation, to organize and to conduct the drills. To do the cross Inspection and assist each supervisor of department to review any kind of risk for safety management. To prepare & Follow up all kinds of Work Permit. To provide a support on the interpretation of different HSE legal and regulatory (English to Indonesia).  To advise on HSE matters and attend Departmental Safety Meetings. Coordinator Activities Field HSE and Get Report daily Basis from field and make report to Revprsentative and HSE Advisor take action same haven in field the best action and dicisition fasten responsibilities and following meeting coordination with contrantor and cleint on base camp every day,weekly,and monthly meeting To supervise and to coordinate drivers. To lead drivers daily toolbox meeting and weekly sectional meeting. To assist Radio Operator for Journey Management Monitoring. To responsible for journey management and driving support for the local line management. To implement driving policy, journey management and driving standard and complied by drivers.  To manage driver fatigue through drivers hours driven during the day. To liaise closely with the C-Track technician to solve vehicle tracking problems. To ensure that land transport activities are planned, risk assessed and executed in full compliance with the company procedure. Undertake periodic assessment of driving activities. To ensure that drivers are approved and trained and company requirements. To monitor and control drivers behaviour through C-Track and report to HSE Advisor. To ensure that all drivers are in healthy condition and not drunk when they are driving the vehicle. To ensure that emergency equipment are available in vehicle, such as First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and wrench.
